Los requisitos de una Internet Tv. What a tv on the internet should accomplished at least?

De un tiempo a esta parte, a cualquier web con videos se le llama Tv por Internet, y cualquier tecnología de streaming se autoconsidera capaz de soportar Tv por Internet.

Mientras alguien fija los parámetros y comienza a poner luz en esta conjura de la confusión de lo que es y no es tv por internet, un simple usuario de Tv nos diría a todos que la Tv por internet debe cumplir, los siguientes requisitos:

- calidad Tv incluso a toda pantalla
- Parrilla horaria de contenidos (del mismo modo que se ve en Tv)
- Además Vídeos bajo demanda (del mismo modo que se obtiene en los sites de video)
- Busqueda de programación
- Televisión en abierto
- Interactividad
- Adaptación automática de la emisión a la calidad de conectividad del usuario
- Gestión de Derechos para poder emitir contenidos y formatos exclusivos
- Capacidad de descarga de contenidos
- Capacidad de subida de contenidos
- Pago por visión
- Emisiones en Directo
- Sindicación de contenidos
- Publicidad, gestión dinámica de la misma
- Comercio electrónico
- Pasarela de Pago

Pues bien, yo no he encontrado en España ninguna otra plataforma distinta a telvOS que soporte todos estas carácterísticas y que ya se hayan aplicado a casos reales y a TV's reales que estén emitiendo por internet. Eso si he visto algunas Power Point que afirman que lo hacen (ahora bien, que yo no lo haya visto no quiere decir que no exista, pero yo no lo he encontrado).
Si alguien me puede poner un post con alguna tecnología española que pueda cumplir lo que ese usuario pide, estaré, estaremos muy agradecidos.

- Digital Right Management to be able to dstribute contents and exclusive formats
- Download of contents
- Upload of Contents
- Pay per View
- Live Broadcasting
- Content sindication
- Dinamic Advertising Aplications
- Ecommerce capabilities
- Pay Gate

Well then, I have not found in Spain any other platform different from telvOS that supports all these features. In other words, I have not known any technology in Spain other than telvOS supporting real cases of tv for Internet. I have seen many techs power point presentations claiming to be the best and the first technology for IPTV. Nevertheless, it may exist but I do not really find it.
So, If someone can write a post in this blog with the name of any Spanish technology that could fulfill all these features that users want I will be very grateful.
